Cara Untuk Mengesahkan Akaun Paypal
As we know anyone can have Paypal account. But we can't make any payment transfer to the other Paypal if we not verify our Paypal account. This is the big problem for the most of the Paypal user who don't have any credit card or debit card. You can only verify your Paypal account using the credit card or debit card. If you haven't, your account cannot be verify and your account will be just a basic type with limited money withdraw. Also you can't use your Paypal account to buy anything in the internet. For those who want to setup this, please make sure your credit card or debit card was already activate.
Now let’s proceed with the tutorial:
1. Log in to your Paypal account Here.
2. Go to Profile > Add/Edit Credit Card
3. Fill up the empty box.
3.1 - Card Type - Select your card ( Mastercard / Visa .etc )
3.2 - Card Number - Get this number at your card front face.
3.3 - Expiry Date - Your card Valid Thru date, example : 01/16 means 01 2016
3.4 - Security Code - Get this three number at your card back face.
3.5 - Billing Address - Your address, make sure same with your card billing address.
4. Click Continue button. You Done!
5. If the system tell you the error come out, that's mean your card having problem or your card have not yet activate. Do contact your card company for this problem.

after you submit your card number to the paypal, you need to verify again when you get your card statement. insert four number from your statement, then you will have your account verified.
and how to get the card statement?
No need to wait for your card statement, all you need to do is check your transaction history from your card online website.. log in to your card website and go to your account, then find your history there.. you will see your transaction from paypal.. then, copy the 4 digits number given.. that's all.. good luck.
how to get the card statement? I'm using debit card for public bank and I went to the bank but they dont seem to know where the code will be generated. I need your kind help to get this sorted out.
Do we go to the ATM and print the withdrawal slip to see the codE?
@Jasveena : To get the verify account, you must insert 4 digit code from your bank card statement.. Login to your Public Bank online website and you will get your statement there.. You need to find amount RM10.00 in your statement. That's was paypal charge to verify your bank card. Then, after you insert that 4 digits number into the paypal verification, that amount will be credit to you account back. You can see the instruction at your paypal interface account. Good luck!
